Would NOT recommend doing 'Malik' tours. If you do, discuss the price. He will try to rip you off. Scamming business owner. Tour was way overpriced, and I'm sure the driver isn't even getting much of the money... while Malik sits back in Kandy counting his money. Smiling on the outside but deceitful on the in. He looks at white skin and all he thinks is 'MONEY!!!'

J’ai choisi cet petit boui-boui au hasard souhaitant dîner sri lankais à Kandy. Franchement mauvais choix…le plat poisson grillé et légumes bouillis n’était pas disponible avec uniquement du rice and curry. Nous avons choisi poisson et bœuf. Moins de légumes que dans les autres restaurants et surtout sur les photos de la carte (patates - crackers - haricots verts - aubergines sucrées - riz et poisson pas bon et bœuf ok) et rien d’autre. Un peu limite pour 2500 roupies par personne. Service moyen. Nous ne le recommandons pas.

Un accueil très chaleureux, le personnel aux petits soins, des chambres simples mais fonctionnelles et le patron Malik ( parle français ) très convivial se met en quatre pour vous proposer tous les bon plans. Sans oublier le chauffeur maison Milan qui fait parfaitement le guide et conducteur très prudent

Triste sejour
Nettement en dessous des commentaires formulés par les précédents voyageurs.
Réveil en fanfare à 6h30 (ecole de musique à proximité ? ).
Aboiements des chiens des alentours une grande partie de la nuit.
Odeurs d’égouts dans la chambre à partir du soir.
Indifférence du personnel.

Une magnifique expérience dans cet hôtel. Pas cher, propre et chaleureux. Nous avons profité des massages ayurvédiques proposés par l'hôtel, un moment exceptionnel ! Malik le propriétaire parle couramment français et est d'une extrême gentillesse. Il nous a très bien conseille tout au long de notre séjour, nous permettant de profiter du meilleur de Kandy !

We stayed opposite The Mango Garden in the Radisson Blue hotel, and went to the Mango Garden for dinner. My husband had the chicken curry, as you can see seven dishes came out. Absolutely delicious. I had the prawn noodles, so tasty! Amazing, Amazing value!

What a besutiful place in Kandy!! Very friendly owner with an open mindset. Close to the famous Kandy lake and to the main city center with a lot of restaurants. I can definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Malik for your kindness!! See you!!

Don’t get a tuk tuk from this hotel, find one elsewhere as they overcharge for almost every journey. Use Uber or pick me where possible. Bathroom stank at times and room was full of mosquitos. I had one meal at the restaurant which was supposedly fried chicken but was inedible. Wouldn’t recommend.
