Very good accommodation. Very friendly family run place. Food was fantastic if a little over generous as I found it hard to resist the enormous portions. Really enjoyed my stay there and will use it again if I get back to Sri Lanka.

Super lieve mensen, die met je meedenken, helpen ! Schone kamers. Ontbijt met vers fruit. Echt een lekker rustige plek op loopafstand van tempel en meer. Hele lieve, echt leuke hond hebben ze: Cindy. Echt genoten.

Perfekte Unterkunft! Auf der anderen Seite vom See, etwas ab vom Trubel, idyllisch und ruhig. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, unglaublich tolles Frühstück mit inbegriffen und wahnsinnig nettes Personal. Wir hatten Zimmer 7, war am ruhigsten. Saßen auchmal abends mit dem Chef und seinen Kumpels zusammen. Extrem nett. Mit dem TukTuk ca. 200 Rp (300=1€) bis in den Stadtkern. Oder zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten am See entlang.

One of our worst experience in travel!! During one of our day out to explore Kandy, someone came into our room and stole from us 600€!!! We directly informed the manager, he pretended to understand us and to help us before our departure but nothing happened! We decided to go to police station to file a complaint! The owner didn’t help the police and he didn’t tell the police the same things than us! He wasn’t even here for our check out!! He didn’t even answer to our phone call!! Such a bad person ! Don’t loose your time or money here, he stole us 600€!!

The water of the shower wasn't hot and we informed the staff and he checked it and then called the manager to fix it but he couldn't. After half an hour the manager came. He had fix it before he had arrived to our room. He didn't take off his dirty shoes !! He made us fool and said you didn't use faucet properly but it wasn't the case. The remote control of air conditioner was hard to work. The refrigerator wasn't cool enough. They also forgt to put towels in our room.

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Owner seemed to be in a bad mood when checking out. At checkout the price was 26% percent higher then expected due to taxes and service charge, this was the first time I experienced this much extra charge in Sri Lanka.
