One of the hotels above the city. The view is beautiful, over the city and the lake. But otherwise? Spacious rooms, small shower, a bit dated and tawdry. The town is helpful , but doesn't get around on its own. 25/30 minutes walk downhill to the center or with a ruktuk á 500. The pool is poorly maintained. But offers cooling. All in all okay for 1 or 2 nights. But not longer

The hotel is on a steep hill overlooking the lake and the Tooth Temple. The staff is friendly and breakfast is ok. The rooms are clean and the mini pool a plus.

We only stayed the 1 night in Kandy and were pleased we stayed here. Lovely view from the balcony and we had a nice room, well appointed, nice bed and pillow, AC and fan, a fridge - everything was great. Not the best water pressure if you want to pick fault, but wasn't the worst either. Lovely breakfast. The staff assisted with our bags and lifted them upstairs which was appreciated. The pool looked small but quite useable - we didn't have time to use it. Up some steep streets from the lake so not great for someone with mobility issues. But for the price this place ticks all the boxes. Very quiet at night too.

Charmant hôtel sur les hauteurs de Kandy, avec une belle vue sur le Kandy Lake. Le responsable de l’hôtel est accueillant, souriant et à l’écoute de nos moindres besoins. Petit déjeuner selon nos envies, très aimable🙃 Nous sommes restées deux nuits dans cet hôtel, nous recommandons pour quelques jours d’arrêts à Kandy. Seule petit bémol, notre chambre était un peu humide.

On a passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est bien situé avec pleins de restaurants aux alentours mais ce qui fait la force de l'hôtel c'est sa vue sur le lac et le temple de le dent, incroyable ! Par contre, la litterie n'était pas très propre, on a du demander à les changer. La salle de bain est fort glissante une fois que l'on a prit une douche. On a rencontré 2 personnels. Le premier était très serviable et a l'heure. Le deuxième était en retard pour nous servir le petit déjeuner, ce qui nous arrangeait pas vu que l'on devait prendre le train..

Lovely hotel
Very satisfied with this hotel, very nice room with a balcony overlooking Kandy. Very nice fresh breakfast included. Staff vey pleasant & helpful.

La atención estupenda, como toda la gente en este país. La comida bastante rica. Desayuno algo justo, rico pero con poca variedad. Las habitaciones amplias y con preciosas vistas. La piscina normalita. No está mal aunque mejorable todo..

A great location and the rooms are nice and large with air con and fans. Breakfast was superb and the views of Kandy lake are stunning. The pool is a great asset but is not very enticing as it’s uncared for and lacks aesthetic appeal. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t have the bedroom cleaned once or towels changed nor anymore toilet paper.

Nice location high up in the hills overlooking the lake. Good sized rooms. A little basic and the hotel is clearly somewhat tired with old fittings in the dark bathrooms. It was too wet to use the small pool which is surrounded by high walls so not inspiring. Basic breakfast included. Main asset is helpful staff.
