This our second time visiting to The Swiss Residence, Kandy.which is giving us unforgettable experience. Warm welcome from the arrival till departure we found very friendly, helpful staff with authentic smile as hospitality professionals. Superb comfortable rooms with enough space & stunning view rising Sun through the mountains absolutely amazing. International buffet in “The Edelweiss Restaurant “ with Indian touch and their service made us very comfortable dining experience. We are highly recommending“The Swiss Residence “Kandy with wonderful location, for sure will be back.

We felt very welcomed here at the swiss recidence. Very friendly Staff that helps you anytime. The rooms are beautiful and you get a nice view over Kandy, especially from the 360 degree roof terrace, that is just right next to the big Buddha Statue in Kandy. I would definitely recommend this place and visit again next time.

I recently stayed at Swiss Residence Hotel during a business tour, and it was an absolutely superb experience. The view from the hotel is simply stunning — a perfect backdrop to relax after a busy day. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A special mention to the reception team — they were professional, friendly, and truly impressive. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained throughout. The food was delicious, offering a wonderful variety of flavors. The location is also very convenient, close to key attractions yet peaceful and scenic. I highly recommend Swiss Residence Hotel to both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pretty hotel with a beautiful view! The staff was lovely and super accommodating. The rooms are very nice and clean with a great view. The swimming pool was a nice treat, with the terrace overlooking nature and Kandy. Would recommend staying here if you plan to stay in and explore Kandy and the surrounding areas.

Everything was bad , food ,cleanliness , good people but didn’t know how to operate in hotel ,we stayed there one night im glad it wasn’t more than one night ,maybe for single people is better ,good view , nice pics ,the swimming pool also bad ….

Very nice place to stay. Good ambience and staff behave friendly.. Food is ok. I recommend this place for tourists. I came from India. Room is spacious with all facilities. Surely, next time also I prefer this hotel. Great service and good location.

Excellent service, nice rooms and wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed our stay at Swiss Residence. Weat6is nice and people are friendly. No language barrier. Shop on B2 owner Mr. Gunathilaca has jewelery with reasonable price. Staff is friendly.
