The room was very nice and spacious. The evening buffet was very large and had a wide selection. The food was excellent.
But the night was disastrous. I had to call reception three times because there was a big party with screaming and music going on at 1:00 a.m. The reception kept saying they would say something, but it went on until 1:30 a.m. Disastrous! I paid a lot of money for the junior suite and got very little sleep.

The hotel is located on a hill, and the view from the terrace outside the breakfast room is stunning. The hotel's surroundings are truly wonderful and well worth the experience. However, be aware that there is another hotel with a very similar name, making it easy to get lost.

We loved this hotel to the point we would return to Kandy to stay here again! The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional, the hotel and rooms were all clean and well maintained and the food at both dinner and breakfast was delicous. Overall we loved out stay here and wish we could have stayed longer.
*we also bought some jewelry from the shop in the hotel which was good too.

Stayed for two nights. The room facilities in the main building are relatively new, and the balcony is larger than that of the building near the swimming pool. It is also much more convenient to go to the bar without walking too far. The swimming pool is clean and sanitary. I spent two very comfortable nights here.
