The hotel location is good, room is somehow OK. Bathroom/Toilet is not up to mark. Foul smell, nasty look etc. No complementary water, service facility is too poor. Though we both are senior citizen and requested to allot us a room in ground floor or 1st floor, but allotted in 2nd floor. The lift is out of order it was really tough time for us. The room was quite disturbing because of nursing trainee students were staying in 3rd floor. The stay was quite horrible and disgusting.

The hotel has a small parking lot, wifi, good service and tasty food. But, the staircase, walls, floor and the whole place needs thorough cleaning. Everything looks old and untidy. Instead of trying to improve the lawn and exterior, the hotel should spend time cleaning the interior of cobwebs and dirt on floor and giving it a new coat of paint. We were very disappointed.

They gave me a room in 2nd floor but the lift wasn’t working…lack of respond to customer staying there.

The flush was not working properly & the bathroom tap also not working properly. The bathroom toiletries they had not given what the use by booking a suit room in the hotel

Hotel management is cheater as he was providing me a different room which condition was very bad and pillow was without cover. Property location is prime.

The hotel is really good, nice place where to stay in phulbani. Well educated staff. Good food, confortable beds.

After booking confirmation, reached at hotel but found there was no room available for my booking. After having some tactfully conversation had a room having no amenities as i booked for. Next day i got a room but that was wastage of my requirement as i am not getting the facility as per my requirement and booking.
