Bei uns hat alles gestimmt: das Chalet-Zimmer, da Frühstück à la carte und das schmackhafte Abendessen mit äußerst aufmerksamer, freundlicher und kompetenter Bedienung. Preis-Leistung sogar für Schweizer Verhältnisse absolut top. Der Park selber ist idyllisch und zeigt das Naturwunder in seiner schönsten Form. Am Tag jedoch völlig überfüllt mit Touristen aus Nah- und Fernost, die oft leider der Sauberkeit des Anwesens keine Sorge tragen. Aber am Abend können Sie die Anlage und ein fantastisches Lichtspiel über die angrenzenden Berge ungestört genießen. Wenn schon, dann richtig!

Petit paradis caché
Séjour incroyable, le lieu est magique. L’hôtel est vraiment superbe, on se sent privilégié de pouvoir accéder au parc naturel à toute heure, lorsque les touristes ne sont pas encores arrivés. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil et aimable. Nous avons voyager avec notre petit chiot et l’accueil était superbe, pleins de petites attentions.
Le spa est magnifique, les espaces sont bien pensés avec ce panorama à couper le souffle.
Le restaurant est délicieux. Je recommande très fortement un séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel.

Blausee muss man gesehen haben
Eine wunderbarer Zufall hat mich zur Übernachtung am Blausee geführt.(irgendwann muss man auch ein wenig Glück haben). Das SPA ist nicht soo klein wie angepriesen & fein! Heute gehts zum Delta Gwatt..mal schauen ob der Empfang auch so herzlich ist. Vielen Dank der Crew & Küche!

Le personnel de l'hôtel est d'une gentillesse formidable. L'accueil est chaleureux et très appréciable. Les chambres sont très jolies. La vue sur le lac est splendide. Le spa et son cadre sont magnifiques: c'est un endroit relaxant. Toutefois, l'emplacement de l'hôtel n'est pas idéal sachant qu'il existe uniquement le restaurant gastronomique de l'hôtel ainsi que deux restaurants dans les alentours... Le petit-déjeuner à la carte est délicieux et très bien servi !

Ich kann auf meine kürzliche Bewertung verweisen, die grundsätzlich sehr gut ist. Aber: Bei einer Übernachtung mit einem umfangreichen und nicht ganz günstigen Nachtessen mit Weinkonsum finde ich es sehr verfehlt, wenn für eine Karaffe Hahnenwasser, für das übrigens ausgiebig Werbung gemacht wird im Hotel, Fr. 6.- verrechnet werden, wenn man bereits Wein konsumiert hat für rund Fr. 10.- bis 11.- pro Deziliter. Das ist unanständig und entspricht auch nicht den Empfehlungen von Gastrosuisse. Denkt doch darüber noch einmal nach, ich gehe davon aus, dass der Imageverlust grösser ist als der Ertrag für das Hahnenwasser! Ich denke, dass diese Haltung sehr kleinmütig ist.

Personnel du petit-déjeuner et checkout très sympathique et serviable.
Petit bémol, je n’avais reçu aucune information pour le parking avant mon arrivée, ce n’était pas très pratique de savoir comment se rendre à l’hôtel.
J’ai beaucoup aimé le Spa et la qualité du petit déjeuner. Les plats du restaurant sont excellents, quel plaisir de bien mangé en admirant le couché de soleil.
