Gorgeous grounds with a very tranquil vibe. Amazing staff who were very attentive, helpful and warm. Will definitely be back! :)

We stayed on Saturday 20 July. The hotel has a lovely quiet setting with pleasant views of ponds and lakes. ( It’s very open space so if you should have walking limitations it may not be best for you. ) However it was serene for us. The pool was perfect. The hotel have staff who are happy to help. The food quality is good and plentiful. The kitchen works hard. There are some staff asking for positive reviews but all staff made a positive contribution.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, surrounded by nature with a peaceful pond that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The room was okay—not fancy, but clean and comfortable. The bed, in particular, was very cozy and made for a good night's sleep. Overall, a great spot for a quiet retreat in a natural setting.

La struttura è veramente bella, moderna e immersa nella natura. Lo staff è accogliente, disponibile e gentile. La camera è pulita. L’accoglienza è stata stupenda. Il cibo del ristorante buono.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve been to. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable. The location is breathtaking and super calm. Amazing place to get a relaxed vacation. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food tastes good too. I highly recommend Liyya water villas for anyone’s holiday as I had an awesome experience here !!!

Wunderschöne Anlage und sehr schöne Zimmer. Die Villas sind sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ein sehr breites Bett, eine Couch und einen großzügigen Kleiderschrank, sowie einen Safe. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls großzügig, leider aber nicht vollständig nach außen abgeschlossen, sodass sich gelegentlich ein frisch hinein verirrt. Das hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört und es ist in Sri Lanka auch nicht ungewöhnlich, dass das Bad teils offen ist. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist sehr gut, insbesondere die Säfte! Die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte etwas größer sein, aber was angeboten wird ist durchweg gut. WLAN gibt es leider nur in der Lobby, nicht in den weitläufig auf dem Gelände verteilten Villas. Das ist verständlich, aber schade. Die Straße zum Hotel ist ein einfacher Sandweg, und man ist etwas außerhalb von Dambulla, aber das wussten wir vor der Buchung. Also kein Problem. Insgesamt, volle Empfehlung!

We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and respectful. The food was absolutely delicious, and the place itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The only issue we faced was the poor mobile signal in the area. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Very beautiful villa best service. This place is so beautiful , surrounded with garden , bed room is very comfortable and huge big window to look out feel relaxing. Service in dining room “RATNAYAKE & ANUSHA “ is excellent above and beyond not only the dining time , they take care beyond that ( the first night we came late he get out of working way to make sure we had dinner ) ***** Breakfast is very good . Dinner is beautiful and excellent . For internet people . They was more nature . Internet only on reception area .

Really good environment and excellent service from the staff and specially Restaurant Manager Krishantha.. very friendly. Very Clean rooms arranged by Samanthi. If you need to get a village experience this is the best place to come along with kids and family.
