Это треш. Худший отель, из тех что удалось посетить, а путешествуем по России с компанией уже не первый год! Встретила нас разбитая входная дверь и крайне медленный и игнорирующий все вопросы ресепшен. Номера - можно разделить на три категории: 1. Обычные - это ужас: грязные стены; холодильник (в нашем номере) так тарахтел, что казалось скоро упрыгает из номера; постельное белье хоть и чистое (хочется верить), но, видимо от старости; серо-желтого цвета; матрацы продавленные, спина на утро еле живая; ну и на закуску - туалет/душевая, тут без слов, просто приложу фото 2. Номера с большое кроватью - тоже самое, что и обычные, только если решитесь мыться, то ждите воду в номере, бортика в душевой нет и вся вода, ну вы поняли 3. Люкс - а вот это уже нормальные номера, прям на 4* Wifi мы так и не нашли, но он есть) На этажах курилки, так что нюхать «прекрасный» табачный дым придется всем

Номер нам нашли и заселили без всякой предварительной брони в 2 часа ночи! Несмотря на время встретили не формально любезно, а действительно душевно. Всё объяснили, рассказали что где. Номер идеально чистый, с качественным бельем на удобной кровати. В номере есть холодильник, чайник и стаканы. На 4 этаже есть кухня с микроволновкой, посудой и даже чаем! Мы все знаем, что курить нынче нельзя нигде. Так вот, друзья-курильщики, для нас здесь есть курилка! Ну и ещё один приятный бонус - вид из окна на восход над горой!!!:)

Замок в двери не работает, в ванной мало света, не побриться, телевизор из 90-х, пульт без батареек, качество тв отстой, обои отпадывают, в ванной с потолка сыпется, плесень на потолке. Что это за 2000? Издевательство?
