Very poor services inside resort. Even for a water bottle I waited 1hour & got it after 3 reminders to Room service. In restaurant, the serving executives were not organized well. Got tired on reminding everything we ordered. I need to tell 3 fellows everytime to get my orders. Above all , the food cost soooo expensive. For one onion pakoda plate ( normal quantity) and 3 tea , they charge Rs.873 Inc. Tax. It was not a good Stay and comfortable stay due to above issues. There are other resorts who served better for lesser than this tariff. One plus point just here is , it has its own private beach but infact even those area was not cleaned enough.

Rajesh management is good...Sujatha served well nice hospitality. Wonderful hotel.. excellent food what to you are a keep it up for long time. Services service is very good I am amazing excellent Sujatha service.food is nice..very good resort in Chennai

Really enjoyed the food and ambiance.Suajtha served us well .Food and everything is perfect for a Sunday morning breakfast. We had omelette, fruits ,South Indian dishes like idli ,dosa etc and all was perfect and yummy . I hope to visit again the next time when I am in Chennai .

Restaurant experience was awesome. The buffet breakfast spread was elaborate and delicious. Ms. Sujatha’s service was simply awesome. She made everyone comfortable and attended to our meal preferences perfectly. Overall the service and food was excellent.

Everything was top quality, very kind staff, breakfast was amazing. Loved it. The beach was a little polluted but otherwise , everything else was very clean and beautiful. Highly recommended for resort stays. Ambience is also very nice, gives a good vibe.

Food and ambiance is very good and I would prefer you to take buffet. We had a great time having dinner right in front of beach. Service is remarkable. Best place to spend your weekend with live music Thanks a lot Rajesh Restaurant manager and Team.

It was great experience having a family Brunch for Christmas at SeaCrest, MGM Resorts. Great Ambience and Service by Mr.Rajan and team - Moses and Kamaluddin, Sujatha Great support to help book a table and help us with a great view of the beach and a great time with family.

We went for family dinner on Christmas eve. It was an excellent buffet spread with live counters (dosa, chat, kebab, jalebi and pasta), south Indian, North Indian and wide variety of desserts. Sujatha and Leo took great care of us. Awesome dinner by the beach with Christmas vibes. Couldn't have asked for more.
