Excellent property great location spacious room superb breakfast amazing view from room and roof top restaurant cost effective but poor maintenence house keeping need to be concentrated. Food rates are cheap and tasty. Strongly recommend

Stay was very good. Staff were very supportive and friendly. Cleanliness was good. Food service was very fast. Receptionists were responsive. Overall i had good experience. Hope they'll continue to provide services like this future as well. Booking from makemytrip was also smooth. Thanks.

It was very nice experience to stay at regenta central rs chennai, omr they have upgraded our room from deluxe room to queen suites. Which was very cozy & spacious. City view from the room was good also.

My expectations was a big room with walking space and toilet with all the amenities but that's completely opposite for hair dryer we need to call reception for them to bring. More than that after we checked in and were in the room with just ringing calling bell once a housekeeping guy opened my room with his access card and came in which was something i never expected in a place like regenta

I selected the property as i needed to stay as close as possible to hiranandani upscale campus. Rooms are good and spacious but the table top of wash basin was broken all around. They don't keep hand towels. Food was good and the breakfast spread was really good. However, room service is little slow and they don't bother at all to take back the utensils and crockery from the room. Even if you keep the tray outside the room, it remains there for several hours. The bar, less said is better. It has almost no service. One has to really struggle to get a couple of drinks and one has to simply forget about getting any snacks or meals getting served, no body even bothers to give you menu even after asking for it. Except for ambience, the bar simply horrible.
