The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to restaurants, malls, and public transport. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a comfortable bed, well-maintained bathroom, and a great city view from the window. The housekeeping staff was prompt and professional. The front office and concierge staff were courteous, helpful, and quick with check-in and check-out. Special thanks to Mr. Rahul at the front desk for guiding us to local attractions. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering both South Indian and Continental options. The taste and variety were excellent, and the restaurant ambiance was peaceful.

We have so much guests like cocroach and mosquitoes. No mirror in room. No tv. No intercom. No room service. No spa as mentioned in make my trip. Waste of believing make my trip

This stay is the worst stay i have ever seen. Rooms are too bad. Lot of cockroaches in the rooms. Rooms also not clean. No room service. Worst resort.

Things which were offered in mmt but not provided:
-no mineral water- asked me to pay 20 for it. I said it is part of the package. -no wifi
-no toiletries additional problems with stay i experienced:
-no bathroom mat
-no light near the jacuzzi
-no privacy for jacuzzi- anyone staying on another floor or nearby jacuzzi villa can easily see us. -the receptionist doesn't know anything - the only response for our questions and concerns is "i don't know"
-not a well lit room - like a ghost house
-stain on bedsheet
-wash basin pipe not having water pressure
-deserted location - very scary place to stay as there is nothing nearby and only one room was occupied

I stayed here with my family including kids. I can say thay stay here was good- staffs were quite supportive. Rooms are big, thay includes terrace(duplex floor, if you book terrace rooms. Swimming pool is well maintained. I see a great future foe the resort. Only thing to improve- work on the dining/restuarent, it only offers limited food. Else, i will recommend this property for family stay.

Worst place ever there was cockroach on the bed. I was totally upset my whole stay. Cockroach everywhere including inside cupboard. The blankets would never been washed for ages i think. Worst
