We also utilized their massage services and it was top notch! What really makes U Inchantree stand out is the friendly employees and excellent service. Gigi and Big went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They were fantastic and every employee was courteous and friendly. We stayed at the Cross River Kwai for 3 nights. Room was very comfortable and opened straight out on to the pool. Hotel was great in organising transfers to and from Bangkok for us as well as a private driver to go to Erawan National Park, Hellfire pass and a tour round the city. Location is a pro and con, the pro is that it’s quiet and right on the river which was great having spent 5 nights in Bangkok. But the hotel itself is quite far out of the city so not easy to get in to the city for dinner last minute ( we were travelling with a baby so this made it slightly harder). The restaurant is good but limited if you eat there for multiple meals. They were great about providing a cot for our little one but no other baby amenities were provided.
