Take the family to stay on 13 Oct '22 There were a total of 5 people staying in 2 rooms and faced the following events. 1. The stairs used to walk down the raft were damaged because of the flooding for 2 days. They were not repaired. We had to take our 81 year old mother to walk around and go down the stairs on the other side. It's very far, so I had to stop 3 times before I got there. 2. The satellite dish is broken because of the flooding. Can't watch TV, but it won't be repaired. Mother is addicted to dramas and has to show dramas to watch on the phone. 3. The room door and bathroom door can't be closed. Must follow a technician to repair. 4. The water used for showering, washing your face, and flushing the toilet is black and muddy. The canal water is clearer. The resort informed that the water filter was broken. The repairs have been completed but the water is still black as usual. The grandchild went to use the bathroom upstairs and found black water as well. 5. The side room is where the drinking circle is set up. Sing loudly I was patient and thought that after 10:00 p.m. I should stop, but I didn't. It was almost midnight and I was still having fun. I notified the resort staff and went to give a warning and then returned. The teenagers still made loud noises as if nothing had happened. It was 1:00 a.m. and my grandson couldn't take it anymore. Because I couldn't sleep, I wanted to check out by phone and contact the staff, but no one answered the phone. Walk up to contact the front. No one stays like a deserted resort. There is a piece of paper with the employee's number written on it for you to contact. Called and got stuck for almost 10 minutes. If there had been a ******, the police would have arrived before the resort staff. When they call, they inform them of the problem. If you can't find a new room to change to, just ask to check out. There's a free room so you can move in and sleep for another 3-4 hours. But at 6:00 a.m. the grandkids returned because the water was still as dirty and black as before. Can't go to the toilet I couldn't shower and my mother said I felt disgusted. I saw water in the room and wanted to vomit. 6. The resort's towels are torn and frayed. How can you give them to customers to use? Even the towels at home look better than this. Therefore, anyone thinking of going to stay If you want to rest Take the elderly on a trip I don't recommend going. Better find another place to stay. The price is considered expensive because the accommodation is dilapidated. not fixed I forgot to take a photo to show you. If you are not ready, you should not accept service.
