Great hotel near the river Kwai bridge. Room is very spacious (worth upgrading from base room). Just a bit dark.
Only con is the abundance of flies everywhere in breakfast area due to the hotel location being right by the river. Apart from that, enjoyed my stay and won't hesitate to be back again.

We have stayed at several U Hotel branches, and this one truly stands out for its exceptional service. The staff warmly welcomed us and were very friendly, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They were proactive in accommodating additional requests, and even the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to assist us, there was a small gap under the door where mosquitoes could enter the room, but the maid quickly addressed it by placing a cloth to seal it. We were genuinely impressed by their attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience. The only area for improvement would be the warm water system, as it didn’t function consistently. Apart from that, everything else was excellent

Searching the hotel navigation, I walked into a dead end! Is it my problem?
I originally wanted to stay at this hotel, but there was no room available for nearly a week. It should be related to staying on Saturday night!
When checking in, I asked and they said there were no rooms for the next day (Saturday night)...
But when I returned to check out the next afternoon, the front desk guy came to ask me if there was a room available for renewal...
But I have already planned to go to Nakhon Pathom
I highly recommend this hotel! Just be careful to book in advance, I feel that there are not many good hotels in Kanchanaburi

Lovely hotel with a stunning view on the river. The pool was greatc and the service exceptional. Lots of choice for food, although quite expensive. It was delicious, though. Room was a bit too small for me.

We booked a small room but found it too small, so we paid THB500 to change to a larger room, 30 meters. The only downside was that the lighting was too dim. Everything else was good.
