The hotel is new and clean! The location is quiet, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, the night market, and the Bridge of the River Kwai (which the hotel provides free bikes). Big C is also nearby. I have to give a thumbs up to the front desk service and the Ctrip hotel butler service. Because I had misbooked my itinerary, I also booked the wrong time for my stay in Kanchanaburi. Upon discovering this, I immediately contacted the Ctrip hotel butler to see if they could postpone my check-in by one day. Although the negotiation ultimately failed, the hotel butler diligently tried to liaise with the hotel. Thank you so much! Also, the local front desk lady. When we arrived according to our original reservation, we were told it had been changed. Since neither of us spoke English fluently, I contacted the Ctrip hotel butler to communicate. The front desk lady was incredibly patient, explaining that we needed to change our room type because it was fully booked. I insisted on sticking with my original reservation. After a stalemate of over half an hour, the hotel finally resolved the issue, offering a free night's stay and compensating the price difference for the change. This service truly demonstrates the proactive approach to resolving issues. This is truly commendable!

The only thing i dont like this hotel was they dont provide iron 🥲 Room was cute, clean, comfy, and the provide fast laundry service for 300baht! My baby was puked and we arrived at the hotel 8pm and had to check out tomorrow morning at 8.3am. Told the receptionist i need to clean it up very fast, and all the clothes was ready at 7am! Thank you so much Modeva Hotel!

Charming hotel in a beautiful, well-maintained garden. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Beautiful pool. Several restaurants and a 7-Eleven are nearby. Welcoming and very attentive staff.

This hotel is about 800m from a street with lots of bars and restaurants, nothing more local than that. Bed very comfortable. The bathroom door in our room wouldn't close and there was a lot of banging of doors around 6am. There was also an overpowering smell of disinfectant, so much so we didn't get our room serviced in the hope it wouldn't be as bad. Shower very weak. Good value for the money though, a comfy bed in a clean hotel is the priority.

The room was large, well equipped clean and very comfortable. Private garden seating area was a great bonus. Location is brilliant, Only a 5 minute walk to some great eateries, and 15 min to JEATH and the bridge. The pool was a good size, clean well mantained and plenty of loungers available
