We stayed here for 3 nights and Neon hotel really given us a beautiful experience in Kanazawa.
Good location that can lead you to many famous restaurants and shopping.
Well equipped especially washing machine that helped a lot for a family with kids.
The amazing bed offered me sweet dreams every night.
There is only one thing unpleasant.
When we first checked in in Hotel Kanazawa, the staff told me there is no hotel parking lot “ you have to find coin parking please “ then tried to rush me go before my next question ( even tho he was smiling)
But we found hotel parking right next to the hotel less than 1 minute walk.
Other than that everything is perfect!

First of all, I want to mention check-in. Because I didn’t read the information carefully, I arrived at Neon Hotel at about 9pm. I didn’t know how to enter after that. Fortunately, we met some guests who told us that we found out that we had to go to the train station first. Please check in at Hotel Kanazawa first. They will give you the access code of Neon Hotel to enter the hotel and room.
The room is clean and tidy, with enough space for the four of us to stay comfortably. There is a washing machine in the room for washing clothes. It is very convenient.
The location of the hotel is a bit difficult to find, but of course you can find it by using Google Maps. There is no parking lot nearby. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. The hotel is about 7 minutes from the train station, which is quite convenient.
