Everything was great. I got the impression that most of the guests were elderly (maybe because it was a weekday?). I was glad that there was original hotel water in the room. Also, the breakfast was delicious!

This is (so far) the most spotless clean hotel in Nagoya (maybe in entire Japan as well) I have stayed. In the past decade, I've been travelling around Japan for over 100 times, Sanoniwa is the most spotless clean hotel, not only in the room I stayed, but the spa and other public areas. The staff is very attentive and speak very fluent English. The overall design of the hotel is first-class indeed.

The hotel can only provide breakfast to Kanazawa Station. There are many buses. The breakfast buffet has free washing machines and dryers. You can receive thoughtful hospitality when you stay here. The guests are quiet and polite. Although the price is more expensive than Grand Hyatt Grand Central, some services are better.
