1. dampness in room 2. you can’t sit in reception lot of mosquitos and same case in the dining hall it’s horrible 3. food quality is not up to the mark 4. hot water failure 5. very less light in room 6. over all ambiance is below average 7. will never recommend at this cost

Location was good. Food was exellent, especially the breakfast buffet as there were different varieties to choose. Room was clean, wi-fi, and other amenities was also upto the mark.

Bedsheet had small wrinkles making it uncomfortable. Not good experience. The room was ok. Tv did not have channel

We had asked them to clean our room but nobody came to clean. Our water was not refilled. We had to call front office multiple times for checkout to carry our luggage

1. Good location, close to dispur government offices, which helps me a lot to commute to my customers. 2. Good food served. 3. All staff are cordial. 4. Rooms are very spacious. Both city view and hill side view rooms are good.

For the price paid, the hotel was not upto standard. I had requested for a double bed in one room and twin beds in one room, this was not done. The rooms were cramped. Placement of bathroom sink was wrong, just behind the door. Linen was old. It is a request that mm t kindly verify the hotels before recommending please. This is not the first time this has happened!
