The view from the window is nice.
There is plenty of hot water.
The front desk staff are very friendly and have a homely feel.
It's difficult to find the location when coming by taxi.

The hotel staff was sloppy as they gave us the room which was uncleaned, dirty and filled with stench. When we asked to speak to the manager they gave us the wrong number. We were highly disappointed as we didn't expect this from make my trip hotel. After complaining and arguing they changed our room. Our experience was really bad.

Location is good but service and room cleaning was not good insects available in the wash room area plus wifi is very poor this is the 3 time i stayed there, i thought may be internet is not working properly on particular room but n every room it same issues.

The hotel is very decent with all basic facilities available. The ppl are nice and helpful. Everything was neat and clean. The location of the hotel is also very convincing to walk around and shop. A good hotel for friends, family and solo.

Starline hotel in guwahati is located in prime position of the city nearby railway station and main transport depots which facilitates easy transportation! foods and breakfast are palatable, clean alike home made!
room is clean and tidy, toilet and bathroom are very clean!
services of all' types are very good, care takers are so polite. Rent also very reasonable, value for money!
in a few words, it's a home away home! i used to stay in this hotel whenever i happened to visit guwahati for my business and personal works, and with family!
i recommend this hotel for the tourists and visitors!

I like the hotel starline. The location is great. My experience was as expected. The staffs of the hotel showed good hospitality. All the facilities required were installed. Required logistics were given when i asked. Therefore, the overall hotel experience is great. I think makemytrip is taking great care in this regard. Thanks.
