My flight was delayed promting me to book this hotel, the 24 hours reception is beneficial because I checked in at 4 am, the check in was smooth n was guided to the room fast so I can rest the night..... Will book again in future, the location is close to klia and eaon mall

I booked this hotel because I had to fly abroad in the middle of the night because it was relatively close to the airport. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel, which is pretty good.

I am an usual traveller to stay in this hotel, but my recent stay is not so good as I found the air cond is very dusty inside, towel with blood stain then the table with coffee residue.
