This place is going down 2 years ago it was decent with great manager This year management changed and everything is going downhill New manager thinks about saving money only and has no idea about of customer service. Breakfast is very frugal.One waitress is very rude and not attentive.Why keeping bad staff? Wifi is poor too and not always stable. Cleaning lady does her best and is great. Receptionists do their best too but they cant take decisions and have to report problems to the manager which leads to complete waste of time Security often asks for money out of the blue which can be annoying Lift still not working so you better be in good shape to reach your room on 5th floor.
