I will always be here cause every time i come at tick hotel i feel the comfort, the meals and then i see this the fruits i enjoyed this fruit platter it was so yummy i will come back always for this healthy meal..thank you tick hotel thank u to all the service providers i really enjoyed my stay

The place is wonderful .I recommend that someone goes there for either a retreat or for a party The hotel is so near our city and going there does not cost too much.Its just a few kilometres from the capital city of uganda that is kampala.In public means you use 2000 too anf fro .

Customer care service is fantastic always waiters are on time....this hotel is wawo ....thanks to servers thank you the owner...................................,..........................................................

We liked the lift installed at the hotel which has made the movements up and down the hotel much better, i liked the fish it was wow, then coming to the coffee oh my i would really go back for more everytime am in kampala because of the aroma and the services they provide.....

everything was awesome. thanks to the staff of tick hotel, they are friendly and nice.. i enjoyed the services, SAUNA, GYM, SWIMMING POOL, the BAR robins, the best of all with music... I will be glad to be back .. thanks

We paid over USD$ 8000 for a number of staff transiting through the area in April and May 2023. Despite allowing our staff to stay, we were then presented with a demand suggesting that we'd paid to the wrong account, and therefore had to pay the same again. We paid into the bank account the hotel provided, following which they claimed their email account had been hacked, and the details we were given were incorrect. However, the bank details we paid into, matched the name of the hotel and all of the details in the 'hacked' email concerning our staff were correct. They threatened to call the police in on the basis of not having paid our bill, despite numerous emails from them trying to have the payment sorted out and confirming that we had paid. I would avoid this place like the plague.
