The place was ok, I would not say it was good or very good because of the services. They never had the required basic things in the room to refill. The water is never available on time. The bathing soap was not refilled even after ewquesting them for 3 days.
The location is good, rooms are clean but the only lacking was service and basic amenities.

We stayed at Arcadia Suites Kampala in May 2025 and were left extremely disappointed by the service and attitude of the staff. Our booking included bed and breakfast, but we were charged separately for tea and coffee during breakfast – something we were never told would be extra. My father simply signed the room number, and we only found out about the charge at checkout. When we questioned it, the manager Isaac Otim offered no solution, and the restaurant manager just kept repeating “it’s in the system.” Despite our efforts to explain, we were dismissed and forced to pay 175,000 UGX just to leave in peace. When I pushed further, Isaac literally hung up the phone on me. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. On top of that: A cleaner left used gloves on my open suitcase – completely unacceptable and unhygienic. We were later accused of taking a towel that was never there. Ronald at reception was no help and kept saying he couldn’t do anything. We even met another guest at reception who was also upset – clearly this isn’t a one-off. The rooms are fine, but the attitude, lack of accountability, and poor hygiene made this a really frustrating and stressful experience. We won't be returning. Not recommended.

The place has really improved since I last stayed. The internet and the rooms have imprved. The service was very fast and the new manager, Khalid, was very welcoming and helpful. He advised me on where to eat out in Kampala Thanks. I will be back!
