Thanks for the warm welcome from members at the front desk. Brenda offered a smile as did Anissa. The bat and restaurant staff were efficient and the food was good. The cottage cleaner was courteous and didn’t cause any inconvenience. I will visit again in the future

The service was top notch. We had an amazing stay and enjoyed all the amenities like the gym and the pool. Perfect for a birthday staycation with your friends. Oh, plus the team has great attention to detail, and can assist should you have any special requests.

Very spacious rooms, had one facing the pool with no noise from the busy road adjacent to the hotel. Special mention to Prossy at the main reception who always serves with a warm smile. She is an asset to Kabira Hotel! Highly recommended hotel

A secluded oasis of tranquility in a busy city. The breakfast menu is wide and varied. There is intentional focus on guest service with special mention to Prossy at the main reception - amazing lady with a beautiful smile and service. An asset to Kabira!

It was our 40th wedding anniversary and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Management surprised us with a delicious cake. The breakfast and dinners were delicious. The workers are always polite and helpful. We have stayed many times and plan to continue to book when we visit Kampala.

Pbs Permanents . eau chaude , TV , electricite , douche , meubles viellot , literie a renover , service tres peu efficace , et de plus ne pas croire les promesses donnees , quelque soit la chambre supper bruyant , impossible de etre au calme , climatisation vetuste et souvent en panne , internet gratuit mais fonctionne quand cela veut .......... et sutrtout ne pas utiliser le Laundry car toute la garde robe est fichue au bout de 2 fois !!!!!! et encore si tout revient .

Hotel does not provide what you book and pay for
I have stayed in many different hotels around Kampala and sadly, this Kabira Country Club is very disappointing. The hotel state on the website that the price includes full buffet breakfast and two king size beds in a 2 bedroom cottage but that is not what they gave us.
The cottage is an old house out the back that's been badly renovated. It's nothing like the hotel standard yet the price is the same. It has old double beds, old broken sofa, dirty furniture, no comfort.
After hours of arguing that they have not provided what we booked, they finally moved us to a 2 bedroom room within the actual hotel building with 1 king size bed and 1 queen bed. Still not what they advertise but at least it was an improvement.
The hotel still refused to give us the full buffet breakfast, even after ********** confirmed with me that breakfast was included.
It's so disappointing when you pay a lot of money for something and hotel management don't honour what they advertise on **********. The hotel should take responsibility for what they advertise on booking websites - after all, the hotel is the one that uploads this information to the booking systems.
Shame on you Kabira Country Club. You are lying thieves.

KABIRA club is a place where you can find the best service in Kampala in terms of location , activities you can do with wonderfull swimming pool and Gym or playing tennis and Squash , the rooms are very comfortable and the service on top level for a uganda. Breakfast very tasty and food for lunch and dinner at high level. I strongly recommend this place to stay in Kampala both business or tourism . Albrieux Giacomo
