The Grand Plaza Hotel

The place is cool, from outside you can’t tell what to expect. The restaurant is well set with black leather seats and the ambiance is extreme contrast from what it is on the streets. Meals were nice, service excellent and the conference room was well conditioned.

After reading the reviews, I was drawn to Grand Plaza. First look on the outside I had my doubts. Then when I got in, right from the reception I was very impressed. Clean, warm, great staff and the ambiance was right. I checked into room 25 and yes I could see attention to detail. Clean linen, fresh bathroom well laid bed definitely enjoyed my night.

From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after a busy day. The hotel's location was also convenient, situated just a 5-minute walk from Clock Tower Gardens. The breakfast was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. The meals were of quality and affordable, tasty and portions were quite generous. I would recommend enhancing the fitness center at the hotel so as to provide added value for guests looking to maintain their workout routines during their stay. Overall, my experience at The Grand Plaza Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kampala.
