The room is clean and the kitchen breakfast is good. But the service point's behavior of asking for items is not good enough. The building materials store downstairs often uses electric saws at night, affecting rest.

Hotel is within walking distance of downtown. Clean room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Not many dining options within the vicinity although hotel does have a restaurant. Breakfast was satisfactory and delivered to room. Internet was fast. There are matatus that pass the hotel that go all the way to Entebbe so it was very convenient for me

Didn't have my reservation although we showed the desk our confirmation numbers. So we paid twice for a room. I was very disappointed because me and my wife usually have a good experience here
