Hotel Green Plaza Kamogawa
3.3/53 Reviews
I went very cheap with a non-designated room plan. I was worried about what kind of room, but I was able to do it on the top 4 floor. Maybe it's weekdays, but I'm very happy. Dinner and breakfast buffet were delicious. The front desk was polite and the restaurant was very polite and nice smile. The bath is probably renovated or new, and there is a hydrogen water server and it is very satisfying. The open-air bath outside had two small cherry blossom baths. The sea was a view from the room. It is cold in winter, but I want to go to summer.
Kamogawa Sea World Hotel

Breakfast is just like it. Japanese tatami is suitable for families to sleep. The most convenient is to enter the park to see the animals in the boutique aquarium, and the breeding is also very good. The killer whale show is the most exciting, and the performances of seals, sea lions and beluga whales are also great. Kamogawa is not big, the environment is elegant, facing the Pacific Ocean, the air quality is very good, you can watch the Galaxy at night, this is the history of most of the urban environment in China has disappeared. And it is enough to walk from the hotel to the prosperous area. It can be ten minutes away. There are many restaurants to choose from, as well as large supermarkets and shopping malls.
Shiosai Resort Kamogawa

The building feels old, but it is renovated and clean inside. When checked in, the welcome dring, mini roll cake 2 service was good. I received a new rice Koshi Hikari 2㎏ in Chiba. I'm glad ~ !! The young woman at the front desk is also bright and the response is very good. The bath is underground but small. There is also a colorless transparent hot spring open-air bath, but it is free after 21:00. The hot water temperature is a bit wet and unfortunate. The bath was in the room, but it was wide and sufficient. The meal is high level fresh fish. ISE shrimp was large and sweet, and other sashimi was also very good with enough amount. The breakfast was satisfactory. This sashimi is unique to Chiba, and it is because it is close to the sea.

One bedroom unit, big living room. Clean and nice, located beside a golf course so many of the guests are golf players. Dinner was excellent too.
Kamogawa Grand Tower

The hotel looked great on “paper”, however there is a lot that their web site is not up to date on, and a few other items that need mention. Their sister property, the Kamogawa Grand Hotel, clearly is the primary focus, as the Grand Tower, is being somewhat left behind in maintenance. The Lobby presents well, a little bit of a late 80’s vibe, but well maintained, bright. The accomdations, are in the middle floors of the hotel, the top and bottom floors are owner/ occupant. Exiting the elevator, the first thing I noticed - on floor 12 - was the carpets, totally stained. This followed in the hotel room, the carpets were stained throughout. The room was HUGE, kitchenette, fridge, washer/dryer, large bathroom. Wrap around balcony - I paid a little extra for an ocean view - glad I did - fantastic. So everything was in working order, just a bit dated (80’s again) and you can tell is starting to feel/ look its’ age. So, the ammenities, the pool and “European jacuzzi” - closed, not just for maintenance, they seem to be closed. The second floor, all that remains are some tables, a common area, and the public bath - that was in good working order, no “Supply store”. The restaurant has limited hours, and you need to make reservations. Breakfast is fine, but Japanese style (no surprises), but they would not accommodate an request for extra egg omelette, and lite on the fruit and vegetables. Dinner was AOK, service was modest, but pleasant. Limited Japanese menu, very expensive at that, not a course on there for under 30,000 Yen. lastly, their 33rd floor “Sky Bar” - closed, so no second restaurant / bar. You can run across the street to the grand, make use of their pool / Onsen, Bar and restaurant. However, their restaurant is buffet, again nice hotel pricey, and often booked solid. Would I stay here again - maybe, only if the grand was booked solid. Brute Spot - as you can imagine - the staff were super great!
