Zekuu

It was terrible in every way. 1. I was told that we would get a coupon or discount worth 9,000 yen per person for prefectural residents, but when I actually checked in, I was told that there was no such thing (a scam). 2. I went by car and was about to arrive an hour earlier than planned, so I asked if we could be shown to the room a little earlier if the room was ready, and they immediately replied, "No." Without even checking. 3. Part of the facility was broken. My family member was disabled that day, so I absolutely needed the facility, and I had told them that when I made the reservation, but they didn't let me know, and I only found out about it after I checked in. The manager just came and quietly apologized. It was so terrible that I was stunned. I love traveling and have been traveling for decades, but this is the worst inn I have ever stayed at. Of course I will never go again. I still can't forgive it. If you are going to make a reservation, please make sure you are prepared.
