古くからのいわゆる温泉街にあって、新しい感覚でリノベしたと思われホテル。
ツアー団体客狙いの大型観光ホテルでもなく、高級和風旅館でもない、和風のテイストを入れつた洋風ホテル。
トライは面白いが内装等がエアコンのおさまりや部屋の床材など中途半端なインテリア、料理は美味しかったし、貸切となる温泉もよかったので、宿泊費にてらすともう少しディテールまでこだわって欲しい。

This was the highlight of our trip to Japan! The hotel is stunning. The manager went above & beyond on multiple occasions, personally escorting us to restaurants around the town and even helping us book bus tickets to get back to Tokyo! The rooms are spacious, clean & beautiful. They had great amenities including a Dyson hairdryer & free laundry which was a lifesaver for us! The breakfast was delicious as well. We loved it here and can't wait to come back!

スタッフの対応が良く、清掃も行き届いており気持ちの良い滞在が出来ました。
大浴場に加え、無料の貸切庭園付露天風呂があり、庭園を眺めながら家族で優雅に入浴しました。
朝食は手の込んだ料理で、蒸し料理は絶品でした。
また来たいと思えるお宿です！

施設はとても綺麗で清潔感があり居心地が良く、ホテルや旅館はこうあればいいなという希望がほぼ叶えられていました。
支配人さんやスタッフの方々もとても素敵で、ホスピタリティに溢れていました。

Wonderful hotel, very knowledgeable and helpful staff, delicious Japanese style breakfast, very relaxing and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the beautiful private outdoor onsen.
Kotaro-San was very helpful with recommendations of local activities and places to visit and made our stay very enjoyable. His English is excellent as well.
Free parking and laundry were a huge plus. Our kids enjoyed the kids zone, complimentary games, popcorn and drinks.
The room is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable with a soft and a hard pillow, whichever you prefer.
The greenery decorations are gorgeous, furniture is beautiful, especially the downstairs tables made of monkey pod wood and it smells amazing too.

Beautiful place to stay for a road trip around the hot spring area. Everything is clean and nicely furnished with all the facilities you would need for your stay. The manager has been super helpful and friendly ( and made us breakfast too!) Very comfortable stay (in a gorgeous quadruple room with a little garden inside) and definitely would love to stay here again when visiting this area in the future.

部屋の鍵はなくQRコードを読み取るシステムでした。
鍵を持ち歩かなくていいから良かったです！
急な変更にも対応して頂き、スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしかったです。
