The hotel is very exquisite, the breakfast and dinner are delicious, the room is clean, and the private open-air hot spring is very comfortable, but the public hot spring is a bit small, and it will feel crowded if there are one or two more people.
The staff's service attitude is very good. There are a lot of free coffee, tea and ice cream in the lobby. Free mini bar and snacks are also provided in the room.

両親の古希祝いで2部屋利用させて頂きました。 滞在前からお宿への配送物や食事のアレンジのお願いも快く受けて頂き、楽しみにしながら伺ったのですが、お部屋も温泉もスタッフの方々の対応も完璧以外の言葉が見つかりません。 お部屋はとても清潔でレトロな雰囲気も残りつつ、ホームページの改善で周知されているように痒い所に手が届くポイントをたくさん見つける事ができ、高齢の両親も子供も何不自由なく過ごす事ができました。 お風呂も大浴場、部屋風呂のどちらも綺麗に整っており、朝も夜も隙あらば家族の誰かがお風呂行こう！と言うほど居心地の良い空間でした。また天候も幸いし、冬場の醍醐味ともいえる雪見風呂を味わう事ができ、両親にも寛いでもらえたようです。 お食事も外せないポイントで、テーブル下の足元が冷えないようにとの心遣いから始まり、オシャレなだけでなくとても美味しい夕食と朝食を頂く事ができました。 宿泊前後の旅程にも予約の取れないレストランを予約していたのですが、お宿の料理の満足度が高すぎて、子供も思わず「旅館のごはんの方が美味しかったよね？」と漏らす始末・・・。 ご飯を傍で炊いてもらいながら、スタッフの方の配膳も非常に気持ちの良いもので、料理長も挨拶にお見えになり、古希祝いの写真撮影だけでなく小さなプレートもご用意頂くなど、食事を頂く空間の演出や対応がとても噛み合っているように感じました。 今回はお祝いという形で初めての利用だったのですが、ぜひ次回もお祝いとか関係なくても泊りに来たい！と思わせてくれる、とても良い宿と巡り会えた事が良かったです。普段は海外在住のため、日本から出国した後も赴任中の同僚に強めに紹介しています。この度は素晴らしい時間をありがとうございました。

普通の温泉街の様に店が並んでいたりしないので静かで落ち着けるが、観光客には見物する所も無いし散策出来る温泉地でもない。完璧な食事とうるさくなく行き届いた接待、静かで客層も良い大人の旅館。
