First the good news; excellent air conditioning, WiFi, and comfortable bed. Rooms have small balconies or terraces with reasonable views of the sea. Beach is about a 30 second walk from the from the front door. The quality of the room depends on which one you get. About 5- 7 rooms in total on the first and second floors. We had room 1 which was not what was reserved. Very steep stairs from the entrance. No lift . Smallish room with bathroom ; the latter more or less a wet room so the entire floor including the toilet area was soaked although the drain took most of the water away quickly . The waste water pipe from the basin fell apart on the first day so we had a bucket underneath for the other two. The cistern had a strange wailing sound as it refilled. Overall , the room had the appearance of one which had had some years of usage without much updating. Lots of corrosion on metal handles etc. The hot plates= microwave oven looked ancient so we never cooked anything. A much better room was available for all our stay but we were never offered it. Bed was comfy and the wifi/ air con was good. There seems to be a recurring issue with the payment for the accommodation on departure. Always the credit card machine is faulty and payment must be in cash. It certainly was in our case. Overall, poor quality for what was an expensive room compared to many in the area.Could be much improved
