Отель не новый, но по соотношению цена-качество отличный. Полотенца, постельное отличное. В номере чайник, холодильник есть.

Останавливались с гостинице с 3-5 января, чисто, уютно, тепло, без замечаний, всё понравилось 👍🏻 есть столовая на 1 этаже. На 9 этаже спорт зал, всё понравилось, можно пользоваться, рекомендую 👍🏻 В городе очень много кафе и ресторанов, на любой вкус и кошелек

Гостиница ещё советских времён. Расположена в самом цетре города. В номере есть холодильник, телевизор, электр. чайник и посуда для чая. Хотя номера для некурящих, номер прокурен. Чтобы комфортно заснуть, пришлось спать с открытым окном. Подушка перьевая, думала, что уже такие не используют в отелях. На 3 звезды отель не тянет.

В Гостинице все затерто, в номерах неприятный запах, горячая вода из душа почти не льется, надо долго ждать, когда вода станет теплой, маленькие одеяла, отсутствие возможности норально поесть. Хамство персонала на ресепшене. В частности -Чеботаева Т, в ответ на спокойные расспросы про номера, хамила, дерзила, кривляла голосом и перешла на Крик! На этажах после 10ти вечера кромешная темнота, Чеботаева не включила свет в коридоре на этаже, где сдан номер! Мы искали дверь и вставляли ключь со светом от телефона! Видимо она ненавидит Москвичей. Второй раз мы опять напоролись на нее -она опять хамила, кривлялась и дерзила и соврала нам, что свободных номеров нет, хотя в это же время на сайте гостиницы Приокская были в горячем предложении 2 двухместных номера! По этому поводу мы напишем жалобу в Роспотребнадзор. Причем никак на это все нельзя пожаловаться -Администрация отеля на жалобы не реагирует, в Яндекс картах отзывы добавляются только положительные и нельзя добавить правдивый отзыв, видимо там все проплачено. Я не рекомендую эту ужасную гостиницу и ужасных работниц там никому.
