Our Kids mostly loved playing with the cats - so if you have an issue with those pets... They are everywhere in Rhodes and are hardly to avoid.

We stayed here back in July. Such a lovely little boutique hotel. The vibe here was so relaxing! It wasn’t overcrowded being there for a week mid July which was lovely. Fantastic location. Short walk away from the bars, restaurants and beach. Breakfast was a small choice but everything you need in the morning and we don’t have an issue with anything! We didn’t eat here during afternoon/evening as we like to go out during the day but the food looked really lovely. I would say upgrade your room if possible. We booked only 2 weeks in advance so we didn’t have the option if we wanted to upgrade. The shower was so incredibly small. The smallest of people would struggle fitting in. Also, in order to turn the shower on, you have to move the tap outwards so every time you move, it would change the temperature. The aircon unit did work fine but we had some issues 2 of the nights where an alarm would be on, waking us up. We told the man on reception and was dealt with quickly. All staff are welcoming and lovely. Family run business I believe. I would most definitely return back, we’d just upgrade our room!

The accommodation was bed and breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean. The patio furniture could have done with a clean though. The shower was my main gripe as the tap handles stick out and when moving I kept hitting the handles turning the shower either too hot or too cold. There wasn't much room in the shower and the shower curtain didn't help matters. I read the reviews for this place and can't for the life of me understand how the breakfast got such a good review. Every morning it was cold if it wasnt put out straight away as they didn't put candles under the metal unit to keep the food warm. They kept running out of cups and myself and others had to keep asking for them. The food kept running out also. The juice was disgusting, no idea what kind it was. The water ran out one day and the girl filled it with tap water. The girl working the breakfast was the slowest person I've ever seen (didn't notice when things ran out) the older , nice lady from reception had to tell her a lot. She also liked to bang things, like the plates. Lovely bar area but empty every night. Just not the most welcoming or friendly hotel which is a shame.

Wonderful apartments, great location & very easy to get to the main area, about 10-minute walk through a little shortcut down the side road, so it was great it was in a quiet location, breakfast was great, lot's of choice & replenished all the time, we are not pool people so we didn't stay around the pool, although the pool area is very nice, seems to be plenty of beds, however, the usual issue of people claiming their territory before they were using the beds, one of the reasons we never use a pool. Studio was nice, enough space as big wardrobe & room on the bottom for clothes so the fact they didn't have drawers wasn't an issue, great free air conditioning which was a bonus. 3 euro a day for the safe, which we don't mind paying & it's not 5 star so you don't expect a safe for free, so we had no issues paying for the safe. Staff were friendly & attentive. We arrived early hours of the morning & the key was left in the door for us for when we arrived & a note on the reception door, which was fine. We like a bit of a lie in on holiday & breakfast is till 10.00am only gripe for us was getting a knock on the door most mornings around 08.45 for cleaning, we would be usually just getting ready or using the bathroom, a little too early when you are on holiday, I appreciate they have to clean, but it would be better to maybe start later when you know everyone is up & had breakfast & out of the day. We were usually at breakfast for around 9.20 ish, so a door notice would be good to say do not disturb till you can turn it around to say you are out of the room & free to clean. But the young lady was very nice & polite & used to call back, just sometimes when you are mid in the bathroom or half naked getting ready it was a bit awkward, that was honestly the only little grip we had. So overall wonderful stay 98 out of a 100 for sure xxx

Stayed in a studio Good size room but very little storage Just one wardrobe. There are no drawers So don't bring lots of clothes The bed is a good size and comfy Air con is good and was included in the booking. Great balcony. The pool area is lovely good size pool with plenty of sunbeds. No getting up too early .Although some find it necessary to put towels out at a silly hour . The food is of a high standard, breakfast is great lots of choice plus tea coffee juices. Veronica behind the bar is fantastic, hard working and good fun and her mum in the kitchen Barbara) not her greek name doing the cooking. The own a lovely lady Kiki very friendly and welcoming. The only thing I would like is some additional storage in rooms drawers etc as previously mentioned. But highly recommend Aldo behind the bar in the evening nice lad

Fantastic stay at Malibu boutique hotel. We stayed in a studio room, the room was quite spacious compared to other studios we’ve stayed in. Room was bright with modern furnishings and a large spacious bed. Aircon was free. Room included fridge, hob, kettle and plates/utensils needed for self catering. Hairdryer in bathroom. We stayed on the second floor and had a view of the mountains and a little bit of the sea. Breakfast was a good selection of the usual continental (ham, cheese, bread, cucumber, tomatoes etc) there was also a small hot selection which changed each day including bacon,fried/boiled/scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms. There was also Greek yoghurt, spreads, croissants, cakes etc. Would have liked some more fresh fruit for topping Greek yoghurt but can’t complain as breakfast was included. Good sized pool and beautiful bar/reception area. Only gripe was there was one day we couldn’t get a sunbed, but feel this was down to guests reserving them for hours on end without using them. Maybe a few extra sunbeds would help as there is plenty of room for more. Made use of the rooftop jacuzzi and sauna available for an extra charge, well worth it in our opinion, very private and the views on an evening were amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful and helped arrange a surprise birthday cake for my partner. Location is good - 10 minute walk to strip/restaurants. Very peaceful location.Supermarket 5 minute walk away and can shortcut through the alleyway next to it to get to the town. Hotel was lovely and clean, cleaner came in daily. Gardens well maintained. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Faliraki.

This hotel was a fabulous find. It was in a quiet area but within walking distance to the centre and beach. The hotel is decorated beautifully and the staff are very friendly and only about 6 of them who run the whole place between them. The pool and area around were very relaxed but not crowded. There was chilled music all day which enhanced the relaxation of the place. The rooms were clean and again decorated very well. We didn't use the hob but we did the fridge and kettle which were quite sufficient for us. If I could pick this hotel and staff up and take with us to every country we visited I'd be very happy.

Amazing hotel for the price! We trafelled as a family with our 4 month old. Room was good, cleaning superb, and the breakfast was excellent and had a good variability: eggs, bacon, sausages, bread with toppigs, greek youghurt with toppings, juices and something different depending on the morning, like tiny cheesecake cups or omelette pie. Pool area was green and spacious, and we had no difficulty in finding a sunbed. Hotel had friendly and child-friendly staff and pool bar with good choice of drinks and food with reasonable prices. Location was very good. Totally recommend!

My family and I stayed at the Malibu Boutique Studios, in July 2023. The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard and is very clean. The family that runs the hotel are wonderful, they are so friendly and made our stay that little more special. Nothing was too much trouble! The breakfast was varied, and of a high quality, and when we ate in the hotel in the evening the food was reasonably priced and was also very nice. The hotel is situated within a 5-minute stroll to the centre of Faliraki, however, far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The hotel was mostly families or couples, we didn’t experience any loud groups, making this a perfect place from which to visit, all Faliraki, has to offer, with Rhodes Old Town, a short taxi ride away. I am writing this review now as we have re-booked for this year Thank you..........see you soon

What a beautiful find. We were immediately given an upgrade which was so welcome. A quirky little hotel, with a lovely breakfast. Easy to walk into faliraki, but no noise from it. A selection of sunbeds that you never had to get up early for. All different kinds for all tastes. A great selection at breakfast, and a special thankyou for the young lad who works at night, that ordered us a gyros. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and had a fantastic stay. Thankyou Malibu boutique hotel x

Fantastic little studio apartment, staff very attentive amd helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Loved the pool, sunbeds (no fighting for a bed in the mornings)!! Breakfasts are great a choice of hot or cold buffet style includes pastries and cakes!! Bar snack meals served during the day - highly recommend the fresh salad (manouri cheese is delicious ) room was very clean, only negative was the shower which has a curtain and water pours onto the floor… not far from the supermarkets and shops/beach. Highly recommend for a quiet peaceful venue for a holiday to switch off!!

I found this hotel after some research as wanted something close enough to the beach and resturants and didn't want the restriction of all inclusive. This hotel was exactly what I wanted. The style of the hotel is great with boho style reception and pool area. We had a family room as It was me, my wife and daughter staying. The room was a decent size but had a few shortcummings. The positives of room were, good size, comfortable bed, good aircon, the cleaners did a good job each day.The room is basic but is to be expected as is as described online. The negatives of the room are, the shower, although powerful and always delivering hot water floods the bathroom this is issue with the shower type used as they only have a curtain which doesnt keep the water in. There is only a small mirror in the bathroom and an even smaller one in the bedroom. The rooms are bit dated too and could be updated to match the stylish reception and pool area. The staff in the hotel were among the best I have seen in any star hotel. the hotel is family run and it shows as they do everything they can to make sure the guests have a great stay. Big shout out to Vangelis the bar man. He was an awesome character and seemed to work 25 hours a day. The breakfast is great with plenty of variety and good quality ingredients, the greek yoghurt is epic. We eat lunch at the pool bar when we spent days at the pool and every meal was top quality especially the club sandwich , Tacos and Pizza. The pool is great although somedays the water was little cloudy. There is no rush for sunbeds you can always get a bed either shaded or in the sun. The location is perfect 2 minutes from the supermarket 5 minutes to great resturants and 10 minutes to the beach. We would definately return simply due the attentive staff and chilled pool and the location.
