I was in apartment no 9, family apartment. Great choice. The apartment was spacious with well-equipped facilities and wonderful and quiet balcony. The building was in the center, close to the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket. The owners are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend for anyone staying in Kalithea.

Thank you for the wonderful vacation you gave us. The location is close to the beach, supermarkets and the resort center. The rooms are large, clean and with everything you need including a Nespresso espresso machine. Towels and bed linen were changed every day. The owners were very helpful and helped us with everything we needed including driving us to the location where we had to take the bus because we had heavy luggage. For their manner, a 10. Congratulations for everything you do and continued success.

It was very nice... Staff was very kind and polite... Most importantly everything was clean, washed, all towels and blankets smelled nice... Awesome location, quiet but also in the center.. Beaches were 10min walk from the apartment... Literally no bad word to say, just to thank them for the amazing time!

It is a hotel run by very kind and helpful people. They gladly shared a lot of information about the area with us. The room was cleaned every day. We stayed in a sea-view room, and taking time on the balcony was very enjoyable. The location of the hotel is excellent. Thank you for everything.

El estudio es perfecto, con todas las comodidades, cocina, agua caliente a toda hora y un espectacular terraza con vista al mar, ideal para desayunar al sol, almorzar disfrutando la sombra y cenar con una excelente vista. Barrio tranquilo a pasos del centro y de la playa. La atención es brillante, siempre atentos a las necesidades así como también la limpieza. Excelente relación calidad precio. Estuve una semana entera y la experiencia fue perfecta.

the room was good clean but the owner checked us from the next window he violated our privacy and asked us for more money before we left. finally when we were gone and they came in to clean they threw and destroyed my wife's make up. unacceptable to stay in this hotel

The location it’s great, near from center Supermaket and taverns, close to the beach, don’t need to go with the car. Big rooms, very clean and the owners are very nice and good people. The price was good. I recommend to anyone who wants a good place in Kallithea 100% .

We were accommodated on the ground floor in the garden for 7 days, the vacation passed nicely and quickly like in a dream. The apartment is very comfortable with two large rooms and a living room/kitchen. The owners Janis and Christos are very warm people, they cleaned every day and changed the sheets and towels. We really had a wonderful vacation and we will not forget Kalitea so easily. The location is excellent, very close to the center , also close to the beach, only returning from the beach is a cardio exercise 🤪
