"The room was clean and tidy, the front desk staff were friendly, and the breakfast was quite plentiful with many options to choose from. The kitchen and bedroom are combined, so cooking can't produce a lot of oil fumes."

"I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The room was very clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was perfect, it was close to many restaurants. What really made my stay special were the staff. Lamppost and blest at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in smooth and offering great local tips. Lampros in particular went above and beyond to make my navigation around Athens very easy. The outstanding service truly set this hotel apart. I’ll definitely be back!"

"Worst ever experience in a hotel...I booked the room via Revolut stay app, as soon as I booked the apt. , i received a quite impersonalized email from a person in Isreal, requesting my ID picture, I sent it right away and then no response...at all...After numerous emails without response, two people entered the premises and then I realized that the entrance door was broken. So, I found an emergency number and thankfully, two very kind persons located in Greece, helped me get access to my room. When I entered the room, I realized that they have abandoned the cleaning services for the last week, broken furniture, dirty walls and bedsheets that normally should have been changed. Since I managed to enter my room after midnight, i decided to stay there since I was already exhausted. In the morning I tried to use the shower, I soon regretted it, since the shower device did not work and also the shower was dirty enough; so I abandoned the room as soon as possible, leaving this terrible experience behind. I complained to the company as I should do for the future costumers, they promised to return me the money, as it was expected, they never did. Such a pity, that companies like these, provide hotel services, defaming the Greek hospitality services."

"Very spacious and large apartment but surprises when you arrive! No reception, you are left to your own devices upon your arrival!! Please note that you must have the access codes and ask for them directly otherwise you will find yourself at the door as I experienced, to my great surprise the apartment was already open... and to close it all there were water everywhere in the bathroom I think it's due to the fact that there is no shower screen. Very very noisy apartment! No luggage service!!! Shocking we had to leave our belongings at reception, a reception which does not exist!!! Despite all good communication with a lady I don't know her name it was by message"

"Service was really good, needed a late checkout and they were happy to accommodate this. Room was spacious and clean with great views from roof. Only downside is most attractions are north of hotel which is either a 30min walk or 10min drive by Uber. However, Uber fares are cheap around €6-8."
