Dirty room had bugs in bed, smelled like smoke, and customer service was lacking. Called to get refund and management never called me back

Love this place. Close enough to Traverse City. Pool and hot tub. Breakfast. Beautiful countey with many covers places to chill, including fancy swings and chairs to sit in. And come see Steve he was so good to me at check in! I highly recommend

A convenient spot, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast. But I have to say that the property needs a facelift. Everything is dated, worn, and (in places) broken. I hope they're able to upgrade soon. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool and were worried about the noise, but it turned off like a switch at 9 p.m.

The Best place to stay in Kalkaska. coming south on 131 the entrance comes up quickly... so be prepared.

Great night's stay!
The check in process was seamless. This hotel has all the things we love about hotels. The staff is nice and tentative, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the a/c goes low enough where we can sleep comfortable, the shower pressure is good and the pool water is nice and warm! We can not ask for anything else.
