The staff were amazing so friendly and couldn't of been more helpful, we had an issue with the sofa bed in our apartment and recieved a room upgrade to the rooftop with beautiful views of Kalkan. A beautiful location, 10minute walk to the Old Town but staff would organise taxi services within minutes when needed and organised airport transfers with no hassle. The poolside and reception staff were very pleasant, service with a smile creating a fun, friendly & safe environment. Would recommend!

We couldn't fault it, the staff couldn't do enough for you, they were all very friendly and welcoming, we felt very well looked after. The rooms all spotlessly clean and comfortable, the pool and restaurant all excellent.. We had a very enjoyable stay, We shall be returning for sure 😊.

There are many great things about the Samira Resort Hotel. The staff are really helpful, nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to Neda, Kadir and Tahsin. The hotel is immaculate. The pool is large and well equipped with floats etc. and plenty of sunbeds and fresh towels for guests to use at the poolside. Food and drinks in the pool bar are lovely and I had the best iced coffee I've ever had. Kalkan has a lot of hills, but if it's too much, in the heat if the day, a cab back from town is only 200 TL (£4), so don't let the hills put you off. The hills of course mean wonderful views, so the hills are worth it. A great stay. Thank you. .

The staff are brilliant so welcoming and the town is 5 minute walk away brilliant the rooms are nice and clean pillows are nice and soft there is also a shop 2 seconds up the hill from the hotel to get daily appliances brilliant view from our sea view balcony aswell looking right over the whole of kalkan

Excellent service spotless hotel and rooms perfect place to stay, staff excellent 5min walk to town centre!could not ask for anymore stayed for 1 week, pool is lovely aircon good in the rooms reasonably priced for drinks and food! Would def stay again if visiting Kalkan! Lovely views from sea view rooms!

Location is perfect, quiet enough to relax but close enough to all shops, restaurants etc. Pool, restaurant and hotel bar have been recently refurbished to a high standard. Staff are lovely and friendly, cannot do enough to help you. Cocktails are out of this world. Rooms are a bit dated but they have everything u need. Extra blankets may be needed in evening. Plenty sun loungers and towels.

We have just returned from a week at Samira Resort. We booked with Travel Republic at an excellent price. Seeing some of the reviews I was concerned. We stayed in the apartment side. The rooms were dated and basic but clean and had all what we needed. The recently refurbished pool area is amazing but I can’t comment on what it was like before. The pool is long which is great for me as I like to swim lengths. There is a nice bar area and they serve lunchtime snacks which were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bar man makes the best Cosmopolitans in Kalkan. We met many returning guests, some staying for 4 weeks. We have been to Kalkan many times and usually stay in private apartments/villas. I would not hesitate to return and it surpassed my expectations. I would recommend based on our experience.

I was worried when reading the reviews but honestly this charming hotel had the best customer service, friendly staff and atmosphere. Yes the room was basic but it was spotlessly clean and cleaned everyday. I looked at the apartments and decided the hotel room was better and so much so we have booked again for next august. The breakfast is great, lots of cheese salad items and bread, fruit, natural yogurt and jams. There are hot items daily too (eggs,chips and some other Turkish meze items) the sun beds are comfortable, the location means you have to walk back from the old town of you are not up for a hike but it’s £5 (200 lira) in a taxi so no brainer. All in all a lovely charming stay and have booked again!!
