Das gute vorweg, das Hotel hat einen traumhaften auf einen wunderschönen Garten und die Bucht von Kalkan. Das 2. Zimmer das wir bekommen haben war sehr schön und gemütlich, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Womit wir bei den weniger erfreulichen Dingen sind. Das erste Zimmer war vermutlich seit Jahren nicht mehr gebucht worden, schmutzig mit schräg hängen Lampen, dreckigen Polstermöbeln und Blick auf eine Baustelle. Für rund CHF 200.-/Tag darf man doch etwas mehr verlangen! Das Personal ist ineffizient. Wenn man etwas wollte, musste man alles 2 mal sagen und dranbleiben, ansonsten passierte nichts. Die vielen Restaurants haben alle das gleiche Menu! Pasta, Pizza (nicht mal frisch, sondern aus der Packung!) Nichts für Gourmets. Die Anlage sollte dringend renoviert werden und ebenso die Einstellung des Zimmerservice. Unsere Terrasse war vermutlich seit Monaten nicht gereinigt worden. Auf unsere 2. Anfrage kam dann eine sehr unfreundliche Dame und meinte sie hätte das gemacht und ausserdem würde es morgen wieder so aussehen und es hätte keinen Sinn die Terrasse zu reinigen! Wir baten sie es trotzdem zu machen und die 3 folgenden Tage, die wir da waren, war es herrlich sauber :-). Allgemein war das Personal eher mürrisch und arrogant. Unserer Meinung nach bräuchte das Hotel dringend eine Renovation und eine gute Führung.

İnanılmaz derecede güzel bir otel, çok huzurlu. Misafirler oldukça seçkin. Tertemiz bir denizi var. Şehir merkezine servis kalkıyor her 10 dkda bir. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve sıcak, özellikle Nesli hanım'a teşekkür ederiz :) ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Odalar ve otel oldukça eski, yenilenme ihtiyacı var. Temizlik çok ama çok zayıf. Denize inmek için dik ve merdiven gerekiyor, shuttle minibus var bekleme uzun. Plaj yer bulmak zor çünkü devre mülk sahipleri bulunuyor. Personel yardımcı ama temizlik ve bakım için otelin sahiplerinin acil birseyler yapması gerekli. Ayrıca eksik personel var. İstenilenler uzun sürüyoruz Deniz kalkanda her yerde güzel, İyice araştırmanızı öneririm.

Decent hotel with tidy rooms. However hotel restaurant was not good enough with flaws like misorder, late order and not properly cooked meals. Rooms with sea view are very nice and appealing. Breakfast is nice and has plenty of options however French fries are too bad for three consecutive days. Sea and pool are clean and quite accessible but in our third day there were not enough umbrella and sunbeds to seat. Despite everything I would like to thank Mr. Yalcin for his hospitality and guidance through our stay.

We had a wonderful time here visiting a friend. The staff were so kind and helpful. The property is also absolutely beautiful - between the saltwater pools and the sea, I never wanted to be on land! I hope we'll be able to return and stay again soon.

Otel muazzam, çalışanlar kibar, mekan temiz. Merdivenlerle aşağıya doğru indiğinizde denize yaklaştığınız bir yer, havuzu da var, sahili de var. Tekne turları da var. Cennetten bir parça. Sadece yerli turiste karşı, “Senin burada kalmak ne haddine” bakışlarıyla “Nereye geldiniz?” diyen pala bıyıklı kaba saba kapı görevlisi olmasa 5 yıldızı hakedecek bir yer. Diğer tüm çalışanlar çok kibar. Kahvaltı güzel.
