In addition to the problem with the hot water faucet in the room I live in (the shower head of the direct heating water heater is gone, the centralized hot water shower in the wall does not heat up after waiting for 20 minutes. Small hotel in the old town of Kalkan. This hotel with its central location is very near to all amenities. There's a great roof terrace with lovely views of the marina and it's only a 200 metres walk to the beach. The Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was small but very clean with a large bed ( my partner is 6ft 4 and he slept comfortably in it) . It was serviced regularly and although the bathroom was small, the shower was powerful and hot. We had a little terrace overlooking a quiet street on which to enjoy a drink in the evening. There was a fridge, kettle and tea & coffee making facilities in the room too. Breakfast was a typical Turkish style, lots of fresh breads, cheeses, salads, olives, omelette, a nice selection of jams, honey and fruit. I would definitely be happy to stay here again, perhaps though in a higher room with a balcony and view of the sea. Thanks to all the Staff who made our stay so enjoyable

What a great little hotel and right in the heart of the old town. easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants all right on the doorstep. The staff were fabulous, warm and welcoming, always very helpful. The Turkish breakfast was brilliant too, lots of variety brought to your table. Don't expect a full English and why would you. Go for the healthy option of olives, several different breads, eggs, fresh tomatoes and cucumber and at least 4 different jams and honeys. Room service was always available. We're going back as soon as we can.
