Проводили юбилейный вечер 22.03.2025 в ресторане гостиницы "Чайка". Очень довольны! Вкусная, разнообразная кухня, индивидуальный подход к составлению праздничного меню. Профессиональное , внимательное и качественное обслуживание персонала, красивый интерьер и оформление стола. Спасибо большое персоналу, особенно Ксении и Надежде. Очень приятные девушки и грамотные в своём деле сотрудники!

Не плохой отель. Место расположение в очень тихом районе, старой части города где очень интересно погулять, рядом есть пруд "Поплавок (очень красивое место). Но завтраки это просто ужас!!!! Цена 600 руб. Нам пришлось искать где завтракать и недалеко мы нашли кафе Лев Бородинский (вот там за 600 руб мы очень достойно завтракали). Завтрак нам немного испортил впечатление об отеле.

Очень милая и уютная гостиница, которая за свою цену предоставляет достаточно широкий спектр услуг, с вежливым и приятным персоналом. Вкусные завтраки. Первоначально казалось, что гостиница располагается достаточно далеко от центра, но суждение было ошибочным - все необходимое и красивое было близко.

Хорошее расположение, все в пешей доступности. Парки, зоопарк, вокзал. Чистые номера, в номере все есть, туалетные принадлежности, халаты, тапочки….. Завтрак великолепен, большой выбор блюд. Приветливый, доброжелательный персонал.

На 8 марта прилетали посмотреть город, остановились в Чайке, гостиница приятная, вежливо, чисто, красиво, вполне европейский уровень. Город тоже понравился)

В этом отеле останавливались с 05.11 по 07.11. В целом неплохо, но есть отдельные моменты, на которые хотелось бы обратить внимание. Брала номер на три дня, нужен был ранний заезд и поздний выезд. Позвонила заранее, девушка администратор начала рассказывать мне, что "там после вас гости должны заехать...", но потом все же мы определились со временем и суммой Платишь половину суточного проживания, хотя по факту находишься не 12 часов сверх положенного, а шесть. По факту сумма оказалась еще больше, чем мне объявили по телефону. Ночью в отеле сработала пожарная сигнализация. Все гости вышли на первый этаж взволнованные. Никакой информации, службы соответствующие не вызваны, людей попросили покинуть здание. После того, как какой - то сотрудник обошел отель и ничего не нашел, администратор даже людей с улицы не позвала обратно. На вопрос "Что случилось?" ответила: "Кто - то покурил в номере". Мы не курим, но нас об этом при заезде никто и не предупреждал. Туалетную бумагу приходилось просить... Думаю, если поменять администраторов, отель станет более гостеприимным.
