Хороший отель!
Уже, конечно, не сильно новый, но есть все необходимое.
Номера просторные, чистенькие, есть большой тв, тапочки, бытовая химия, утюг и гладильная доска, фен.
Завтраки тоже довольно разнообразные.
Расположение удобное, сразу выход на площадь победы и прямой выход в тц.

Отель очень понравился. Просторный номер; панорамные окна; в номере есть и ванная и душ.
Очень удобное расположение. Сервис на высшем уровне. Приехали из аэропорта, около 11 утра, нас заселили раньше времени заселения, без дополнительно оплаты.
Огромная благодарность за это.
Вкусные завтраки!
У мужа был день рождения, на завтраке поздравили именинника, тортиком и шампанским. Это очень приятно, такое внимание от отеля.
В отеле есть фитнес клуб и сауна.
В номере есть все: все косметические принадлежности; халаты; тапочки и пр.
Также есть чайная зона с разными видами чая, горячий шоколад. Есть чайник и караульная кофе-машина.
Отдых в этом отеле, был идеальным!

Radisson Blu Hotel, Kaliningrad – прекрасное место для знакомства с Калининградом! Останавливались здесь всей семьей и остались очень довольны. Калининград – это действительно город мечты, удивительное сочетание российской и европейской культуры. Экскурсии были просто незабываемыми! Отель полностью соответствует высоким стандартам Radisson Blu. Комфортные номера, отличное обслуживание, вкусные завтраки. Дети были в полном восторге от отеля! Особенно им понравился бассейн и игровая комната. Рекомендую Radisson Blu Hotel, Kaliningrad всем, кто хочет посетить этот замечательный город!

Остановились в Radisson Blu с компанией подруг — впечатления остались неоднозначные. **Плюсы:** ✔️ Номера действительно удобные, чистые и комфортные. Всё продумано для гостей, и в этом плане претензий нет. **Минусы:** ❌ **Персонал.** Отношение некоторых сотрудников оставляет желать лучшего. Например, охранник ночью сделал нам замечание, «девочки, нельзя сидеть в лобби, идите спать». Что за панибратское отношение? ❌ **Бронирование.** Когда мы хотели продлить номер через ресепшн, нам категорически заявили, что «всё забронировано». Однако на агрегаторах номера были в наличии, и нам пришлось бронировать через сайт. Почему администратор не мог помочь с этим? ❌ **Питание.** Самое неприятное — **трое из нашей компании отравились рыбой с завтрака**. Это совершенно недопустимо для отеля такого уровня! Итог: Отель мог бы быть отличным, но испорченное отношение персонала и проблемы с питанием перечеркивают все плюсы. Не вернемся сюда снова. 1/5
