Отличный отель, супер персонал. Мега удобная кровать и подушки. Большой душ. Все работает, есть спа и спортзал. В номере есть тапочки и халат. Мне понравилось все. На первом этаже ресторан. Сервис отличный. Еда вкусная.

Своим расположением, номерами, чистотой (идеальная уборка), завтраками (вкусное разнообразное меню на любой вкус и диету)! Весь персонал отлично обучен и клиентоориентирован! Очень красивый уютный отель. Отличная локация - живописно, за 30 минут пешком можно дойти до обоих главных вокзалов, топовых достопримечательностей и музеев. Прямо напротив через реку Остров Канта. Чистый номер, красивый дизайн, вкусно пахнут бутылочки с гелем и шампунем)) Отдельно хочется отметить очень вежливый и доброжелательный персонал)

Приличный отель. Хорошая площадь номера ( мы брали представительский). Вода, чай, кофе, всё есть в номере. Из минусов- качество шампуня, геля для душа, зубных щеток, бритвенного набора- дешевые и некачественные, в отеле 4* могло быть и поприличнее. Также немного напрягала стройка и с одной и с другой стороны отеля. Ресторан- приличный, но ооочень долгая подача. в целом норм.
