I have booked ‘summit lillium hotel & spa’ 3 nights for two rooms with my family of 5 people. They warm welcome us with nepali uttoron with darjeeling tea. They helped us every time we called for room service. It was great experience to be there. The reception madam was so kind to help us every time. The food quality and taste was very nice. Mr. Abinas the captain of the restaurant was so nice behaved, service was awesome. All the restaurants waiters were helpful. Thank you all. I will remember you hospitality.

The Elgin family of hotels was able to accommodate a last minute change in reservation at our request and they did so with kindness and hospitality. Our stay at the Silver Oaks was truly outstanding. Special vows were made - amidst the gorgeous smell of the fresh environment, the beautiful sun shining on the lawn, happy friends and joyful family, with mouth watering food when needed.
