I booked a Heritage Room on October 15, 2024, for a 3-night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Upon arrival, we were disheartened to be assigned a room categorized as a Privilege Suite, which was clearly inferior to the Heritage Room we had booked. Despite bringing this discrepancy to the attention of the hotel manager, they insisted that the reservation was for the Privilege Suite. This apparent error on the hotel's part left us with no choice but to accept the subpar accommodation. The following day, we were offered an alternative room that was slightly larger and had a view, but still fell short of the standards we had expected. On our final day, the hotel staff inexplicably offered to show us the actual Heritage Room we had booked. It was a surreal experience, as the room we saw perfectly matched the photos on our reservation page. This entire ordeal was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
