Palette - Pine Tree Spa Resort

Fantastic location, awesome property, very nice place to stay with family and friends. Tasty foods, humble and friendly staffs, always there to help you at anytime….specially Soumya, Pratiksha and Laxmi to name the few of the staffs. Highly recommended to stay in this property. Would love to visit again.👍

Unfortunately when we went it was under maintenance but despite that the Room with Balcony where we stayed was really outstanding and and team from front desk to kitchen team to server - who served us in open area did everything under their capacity to make our stay as beautiful as possible and i must say they were quite successful doing so. We were really lucky to stay at this place. Food for dinner and breakfast was really the best.

Firstly i thank the hotel management,as it was peak season,but still they upgraded our room to premium .room no.209..all 2nd floor rooms open to balcony with sitting area with direct lawn acess..plus all other rooms in resort have mountain views Pros- 1.Modern facilities unlike heritage hotels 2.Dinner was complimentary but you need to pre order from selected list,breakfast was buffet.Dinner was excellant,breakfast was good. 3.They have in house bar,infinity swimming pool for adult and kids,spa(didnot use it though) 4.Balcony and lawn area are quite good for relaxing. Cons- 1.Safe deposit locker,Hand shower were missing in our room 2.A/C will be installed,but yet to be,boards have been up. 3.Children recreation centre is missing,swings were under construction,could provide a games room.
