The experience was excellent. The rooms are very bug and comfortable, with amazing views. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. The food at the restaurant was also excellent, especially with custom off the menu offerings.

Sinclares Resort is such a gem! The entire property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated with beautiful landscaping. The premium room is spacious and bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. The best part is the hot shower which is so much better compared to other equally expensive hotels we stayed across India. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle of the shower which happened to us in other hotels. Also, you won’t get bored just staying in the hotel because there are many things you can do, from badminton court to ping pong table, to spa service. The food is excellent and thoughtfully prepared. Needless to say the mountain view is spectacular. What’s even better than the view is the staff in the resort. From reception to restaurant, everyone greeted us with excellent services and care. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken good care of. They truly made us feel at home. I’d like to express my appreciation to Gautam, Koushik, Swastik, Saurav, Shovan, Subrata, and Ankita for making our stay a memorable experience. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who plan to visit Kalinpong.

My recent stay at hotel Sinclair Retreat Kalimpong was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with beautiful decor and a great fire place.The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a highly recommended stay!". My special thanks to the GM Mr. Arnab Chakraborty, the front office staff Ms. Bimit Lepche and Mr. Beyoy, our most wonderful gardener Mr. Yougen Lepche and his team and the housekeeping staff Ms. Sarda and Ms. Kabita for taking care of us. The gardener showed us the most beautiful garden and cactus nursery in kalimpong...must visit that nursery

It was an excellent evening spent at Sinclairs Retreat, every one working here are out of my words they are an asset to the company I request the company to keep them well. Sinclairs chain is known for its excellent service. I whenever visit north east i always used to stay at Sinclairs Kalimpong,this is my second visit here, always found excellent service. We found friendlier environment here all staff are always have a smile face. Housekeeping manager sorry i forget his name he is very good gentlemen,he was always there to help you which is really appreciable. Attic room which we stay have beautiful view. They highly maintained the cleaning of all area. My suggestion if anyone is aged people will book 1 st cottage rooms which is connected with facilities building. Will definitely recommend to all.

Loved the Sinclairs, Kalimpong. Stayed there over Christmas 2024. The staff is incredibly sweet. We were upgraded to a Duplet room, which was huge and very comfortable for three of us. The property is neatly maintained. The breakfast is very generous. on the Christmas Day the staff gave a wonderful performance. The hotel, however, is situated far off from the city centre and as such nothing to do after sundown. Maybe in summers the swimming pool could be used but for winters there’s nothing. The food is tasty and the quantity is also good however, it is expensive, but in the absence of any other option, this is the only choice. overall, a positive experience and is recommended as a distressing retreat.

Beautiful hotel with all modern amenities. Staff are very courteous and efficient. Food is good. Our all delighates are very happy with all services total we have 100 persons for our business meet. They have a big banquet hall which is spacious and cuisines. They have highly maintained the cleanliness of all area. Special shoutout to Housekeeping Manager Mr Sunil Acharya and his team member Swastik,Saradha,Tara,Suraj all are very helpful and cooperative true hospitality. Reception team is also very helpful.
