Very Good Hotel and its staff behaviour. Breakfast is delicious. Cleaning is excellent. Gardening and lawn is beautiful. Parking area is enough as per hill areas. Required charging point for electric vehicle because in future it is compulsory.

Good feeling hospitality was great to go at this hotel, very calm and cleaned environment the housekeeping service are on best in class the person who cleans our room is humble and very kind she is always ensure everything is cleaned ie bathrooms, rooms, bed every thing is on top notch which indicates they are well trained and professional. I meet with manager Mr Sunil Acharya and staff Sourav and Suraj they are very much loyal and proactive. We enjoyed over stay a lot kudos to all team Sinclairs.

We had a group of 45 pax LIC program at Sinclairs kalimpong.We all enjoy a lot.Food was very tasty.All staff was very helpful and supportive.rooms are specious and clean.well maintain property.i would like to thanks to Mr.Arnab Gm,Ms.Bimit ,Bejoy and Goutam from reception .Mr Service Mr Raju and from house keeping Swastik and sunil. We had a group tour on last 28th & 29th Jan,2025... honestly saying we get a fantabulous service from the Sinclairs management in every aspect..I want to give my gratitude specially to Mr Arnab Chakraborty and his whole team of Sinclairs kalimpong for their efforts and service.love to come there again in the future.

Rooms are spacious. Food is good. Lepcha dance was an awesome experience. Hospitality was top class. Resort has all the facilities. Built to get a good view of Kanchenjunga. Hassle free check in and check out experience. Overall a memorable trip.

Rooms are beautiful and food is amazing. Had a corporate retreat worth every moment. Cradled in the lap of nature amidst picturesque setting of mist covered mountains, a peaceful setting even our own heart is audible loud and clear beating happily for the visit to amazing kalimpong. Mr Arnab has been extremely helpful throughout or requirements. Mr Bijoy & Ms Bimit have ensured assistance ***** with Mr Raju ensured everyone are well. Housekeeping managed by Mr Sunil was extremely cordial and helpful.

A memory cherished and stored in our heart and we all enjoyed the chilled atmosphere of Kalimpong its a very beautiful resort well maintained and under a strong management team, hatsoff team Sinclairs as we are very much worried as what will the place like and how the people would be there, but the moment we entered the lobby we had a positive vibe and it gave us a satisfaction that our event will be a success. The operation team here is so professional they know well in advance what their boarder may ask for, they are well prepared in advance hatsoff Arnav ji we really loved and enjoyed our stay and your team members are fabulous specially Bejoy, Raju, Sumil, Bimit, Ankita to name a few. Housekeeping team is mind-blowing as well the restaurant staffs are very helpful, food was prepared as per our preference and chef Diwa was really good and knowledgeable in food. GM Mr. Arnav thank you so much for giving me tips for my hotel as myself a hotelier I have learned many things from here and whatever you have said to implement I will follow to improve my resort as well. Thank you once again to make our event a memorable one. Will surely come back again and recommend Sinclairs to my relatives as well.

Good hotel with good services really happy with all services render by team special thanks to GM Mr Arnab,Mr Sunil,Ms Bimit,Mr Bejoy all are very supportive and helpful, food is very delicious, very clean property,thank you all tram for a wonderful hospitality
