We booked through Kalbarri visitor center a campervan/tent site spacious 6-9m powered sites and were allocated a 5-6m powered site, place 54, close to amenities. Luckily both the car and the tent fit the place. Also, we were informed that reception would close at 6.30pm. At 5pm, we received a notification from the park that reception closed a 6pm. We would recommend to double check with the site information received when you make an online booking. The location is perfect: in front of the river, easy access to the beach and restaurants. On site, amenities are well organized and accessible 24/7. However, showers are toilets are located in old building that would appreciate to be renovated. Despite frequent cleaning, there are lots of moths, flies and mosquitos. Water is fine to drink but we recommend to bring your own water as it slightly smell. Bins are emptied often. And the camp is clean.Staff is friendly and smily. Kitchen has a big fridge to share, 2 oven, 2 barbecue, a boiler, a microwave. A few barbecues are located around the camp.

We were greeted by very friendly reception staff. Location is very central - walking distance to all of the shops/pubs/eateries. Mostly impressed with how clean the facilities were, especially the individual unisex cubicles for toilets/shower. Definitely would stay here again :)

Great park! …very popular so book ahead All staff were very friendly & extremely helpful! Central to Kalbarri township so you can go for lovely walks. There plenty of trees & shade some grassed areas 👍 Stayed 4 nights but could have stayed longer We have noticed that Tasman CP’s are very good in WA!

This was one of the best camping experiences I’ve had across Australia in the last 4 weeks. Trina was an absolute star, gave me the perfect site for myself and my tent, as a solo traveler. Once I was setup I went and booked a further night at very reasonable prices. Plenty of clean bathroom facilities, wonderful camp kitchen, laundries, just a nice space to relax in with the best location. They’ve put the camping back in camping, this isn’t some resort style place where you sandwiched in ‘sardine style’. This is the kind of place I want to stay at, if I’m ever back this way I’m staying here!!!

We found the service at reception counter wasn’t very friendly when we arrived The toilets were old and needed up dated and we never saw anyone cleaning the amenities in the 3 nights we stayed wouldn’t go back there Kalbarri it’s self people don’t seem to be appreciated for travelling people to spend money there after a cyclone nearly taking a lot of there businesses

Centrally located in town right opposite the foreshore and daily Pelican feeding spot. Older and established park very well maintained. Friendly owners, clean ablutions with your own private cubicle including toilet shower. Walking distance to the Pub (don’t go to the pub if you have taste buds) bakery, The Tav, beach, IGA, heaps of fishing spots. Happy hour overlooking the beach to watch the sunset is a good chance to meet fellow travellers. So many people only stay for a night, do yourself a favour and stay for a few and check out the laid back lifestyle of Kalbarri, hike the amazing Gorges or pull up a chair on the beach and read a book.

excellent park with lovely clean ablutions, good laundry and camp kitchen. Big drive through sites. Walk into town and the IGA and visitor centre - very handy to everything. Staff friendly and helpful.

This caravan park is in a great location along the foreshore of Kalbarri. Situated within walking distance of the pub and local cafes. We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was very spacious and had all the necessities. Bbq and washing facilities were available, bbq area could do with an upgrade, but don’t let this small thing deter you, as we would recommend for couples and families. Would stay here again.
