Πολύ καλή, ποιοτική εξυπηρέτηση με χαμόγελο και ευγένεια! Καθαριότητα και ωραίο περιβάλλον! Ωραία, χορταστικά club sandwiches, νόστιμα cocktails! Πάντα κάποιος στην πισίνα να προσέχει τα παιδιά. Σεβασμός στους ενοίκους, αλλά και στους επισκέπτες της πισίνας.

This hotel is well located for the ski season. We stayed out of season, so the hotel was very quiet. The second night we stayed as the only guests. The hotel staff were very accommodating at opening breakfast early for our group so we could get on our way each day. The restaurant and bar were closed, but we had no problems finding nice restaurants a short walk away. Room was comfortable, clean and tidy with a nice shower.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πεντακάθαρο με πλούσιο και καλής ποιότητας πρωινό. Το υπόγειο parking του ξενοδοχείου μας εξυπηρέτησε αφάνταστα. Εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα ότι μετά από συνεννόηση κάναμε late check out (17:00). Θεωρώ ότι ίσως είναι το καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο στα Καλάβρυτα.

I was very surprised to hear that they didn't have an iron because, as they said, that wouldn't comply with their regulations, but at least they should have proposed/offer some kind of other solution-such as to have a room for example where you could do your ironing. Are we supposed to look out in town to iron our clothes? That is a very poor service, I hadn't experienced that before anywhere else to be honest

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της πόλης με υπέροχα καθαρά δωμάτια, με υπόγειο πάρκινγκ, άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και spa. Τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, ικανοποιητικό πρωινό, άνετο κρεβάτι. Από τα καλύτερα στα Καλάβρυτα το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.!

Not value for money . Το δωμάτιο συμπαθητικό και καθαρό αλλά με κακό Ίντερνετ . Κατεβήκαμε στο πρωινό 10 παρά κ είχε αρκετές ελλείψεις παρόλο που τελείωνε στις 10:30.

Ωραία ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα, πολύ προσεγμένη με υπέροχη διακόσμηση. Άνετα δωμάτια, καταπληκτικά μπάνια. Μείναμε στην οικογενειακή μεζονέτα. Το πρωινό λίγα, παραδοσιακά προϊόντα. Έχει ευρύχωρο υπόγειο πάρκιγκ που πολύ μας βόλεψε. Το μόνο που δεν μας άρεσε πολύ ήταν τα πολύ μαλακά στρώματα.
