Excellent Hotel Outstanding food must visit.. Front office was very welcoming and have done a smooth check in and had a smiling and had a approaching hospitality behavior by Mr. Rahul Singh.. The Team has taken care of my overall stay and Mr. Advait has helped out overall stay and is a professional person and very helpful.. He has a great team and helpful too... Keep it up.. I recently stayed at Hotel Pallavi Avida and had a very disappointing experience. I misplaced my room key card (which is usually a very inexpensive item), and when I informed the hotel staff, they insisted that I pay ₹1000 for it. When I questioned this unusually high charge and asked to see their official policy, the staff kept avoiding my request. Only after repeated insistence did one of them admit he would “check with management.” Eventually, they showed me the written policy — and it clearly mentioned a charge of ₹500, not ₹1000. This makes me believe they were deliberately trying to overcharge me. Such behavior from hotel staff is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. It reflects poorly on the management as well. On top of this, the hotel is overpriced for the quality of service provided. With dishonest practices like these and below-average hospitality, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options available for the same or even lower price.

Having traveled extensively from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Gujarat to *********, my first choice for accommodation has always been the Pallavi Avida . From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless. The staff is exceptionally well-trained, courteous, and genuinely warm, which made my stay all the more memorable. Special thanks To front Office Department at the Reception for her professional yet welcoming demeanor—her smile and hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay. The rooms are supremely comfortable with beautifully done interiors that reflect refined taste and elegance. The food was outstanding, offering a perfect blend of local flavors and international standards.

Excellent accomodation, food and attended by friendly staff service with smile. A fantastic experience with Chef Sanjib helpful person. Delecious buffet food to suit all tastes. Great view room and well decorated Nagma from restaurant . Always help me for dinning.

The hotel ambience and party arrangements were excellent, but I was disappointed with how staff were treated after the event. Despite putting in equal effort, some team members, including myself, were unfairly excluded from the client’s tips. captain Hariom Pandey chose not to distribute them to everyone. It's demotivating when hard work goes unrecognized. Management should ensure fairness and transparency to maintain staff morale."

I was employed as a Front Office staff member at Hotel Mumbai Pallavi Avida, where I diligently worked for an entire month. However, I regret to share that I have not been paid my salary for that period. Despite multiple follow-ups and polite reminders, I have been informed that the payment will not be processed. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has caused both financial and emotional stress. As a professional, I had expected fair and ethical treatment, especially from an established hospitality brand. I sincerely hope the management will take this matter seriously, ensure fair treatment of staff. “The General manager and HR madam collude to pocket the staff’s salaries.”
